Chia-Mu Yu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree from the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. He is currently an Associate Professor with National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He had academic visits with IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center, Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, USA; Imperial College London, London, U.K.; University of Padova, Padua, Italy; and the University of Illinois at Chicago, Chicago, IL, USA. His research interests include differentially private mechanism design, cloud storage security, and IoT security. Dr. Yu received the Hwa Tse Roger Liang Junior Chair Professor, the MOST Yong Scholar Fellowship, the ACM/IICM K. T. Li Young Researcher Award, the Observational Research Scholarship from Pan Wen Yuan Foundation, and the MOST Project for Excellent Junior Research Investigators, Taiwan. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, and IEEE Consumer Electronics Magazine.
