Kingkarn Sookhanaphibarn

kingkarn sookhanaphibarnKingkarn Sookhanaphibarn received a B.Sc., M.Sc., and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand, in 1999, 2000, and 2006 respectively.  She was a lecturer in a faculty of Science, Chulalongkorn University from 2006 to 2009, and then she worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Ritsumeikan University from 2009 to 2012. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the School of Information Technology and Innovation, Bangkok University, Thailand. In 2018-2020, she was a vice-dean of the School of Information Technology. Her research fields are human-computer interactions (HCI) and artificial intelligence (AI). Her research goals are to enhance traditional systems' capability by using HCI and AI in user interface design and data analysis, for example, a game design study for cybersecurity awareness and the use of VR for military and defense training. Her research projects were supported by Thailand Research Fundings from Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) and the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC).
