Fernando Pescador

fernando pescadorFernando Pescador is currently an Associate Professor  with  the  Universidad  Politecnica  deMadrid, Madrid, Spain. His research interests are real-time video coding, multiprocessor architectures for video coding, and digital video broadcasting. He received the Ph.D. degree in telecommunication engineering from the Universidad Politecnica deMadrid, in 2011. He is the senior member of IEEE. Since 2017, he is the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics and from 2019 he is Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems for Video Technology.
